Statutory right to withdraw

You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days starting the day after you receive the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item is received. Notify us clearly at kontakt@vipra.dk within the period, giving your name, order number and relevant goods. You may use the model below, but it is optional. Refusing or not collecting a parcel alone does not notify us of withdrawal.

Send goods back within 14 days after notifying us, to vipra | natural choices ApS, Fruenshøj 28, 8541 Skødstrup, Denmark. You pay direct return postage. We refund within 14 days of your notice using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed without fees. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. If you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund our least expensive standard delivery; any extra cost of a more expensive delivery choice is not refunded.

Opening a product does not automatically remove the statutory right. Legal exceptions include goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

An additional 365 days for unopened products

After the statutory withdrawal period ends, we offer a further 365 days of full return rights and a satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products. Notify us within this additional period and send the goods back within the next 14 days, unopened in undamaged original packaging. You pay return postage. We refund the returned products’ purchase price and, if the whole order is returned, our least expensive standard delivery. This voluntary offer does not restrict statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights, which may also apply to opened products.
