The personal information is registered with vipra | natural choices and is stored for five years from the last purchase, after which your information is deleted. 

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. 

vipra | natural choices ApS is the data controller for your personal data and we only work with data processors in the EU, USA or in other countries that can provide your data with sufficient protection. 

In order for you to make purchases from us, we need the following information:

Only employees of vipra | natural choices ApS has access to the information registered about you.

Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and specific delivery wishes is passed on to PostNord, GLS or a carrier responsible for the delivery of the purchased goods to you. 

If you sign up for our newsletter, your e-mail, possibly your name, your purchase history and any marketing preferences passed on to Klaviyo in order to send newsletters and target marketing to you. 

A few days after your order has been completed, we will send you a request to review your purchase experience. We really want to be able to improve ourselves and share your experiences with the products we sell. You will receive an invitation to report your purchase on TrustPilot within the first 3 weeks after your order has been processed. 

We also pass on data to Google LLC (Google Analytics) with the aim of optimizing our website and organizing our marketing.
