At www.vipra.eu you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, MobilePay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. vipra | natural choices ApS does not charge a fee for payment cards. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched. The credit card numbers and other payment information is processed only by SSL encripted server of the Credit Card processing companies. We do not view/store/process that kind of information in our own servers.
We use the PostNord for shipping to both Private delivery and Parcel shop. You can expect a delivery time of 2-5 working days. As a general rule ordered products are sent together - there are no subsequent deliveries. At vipra | natural choices, we are responsible for the goods until you have received them.
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. You have the right to complain for the lifetime of the product, valid from the day we ship your goods. All complaints must be reported within a reasonable time, which is understood to be no later than two months after the fault has been discovered. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
You can return your purchase at any time within 14 days from the date you received your order. As an additional service, we offer an extended 365-day right of cancellation, which applies according to the rules for the statutory 14-day right of cancellation. If you regret a purchase, you can send your unopened products back to us. If you wish to exercise your right of return, the entire amount including shipping costs will be refunded. Your own costs associated with the return of the products will not be reimbursed in connection with the exercise of the right of return. Note that the right of cancellation expires when you open the product.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact us via support to notify us that you wish to return your order or use the standard cancellation form below and then ship the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us , that you wish to cancel your purchase. When returning, you are responsible for the product being packed properly and you bear the risk for the product until it has reached us. We will refund your money within 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it. A few days after your order has been completed, we will send you a request to review your purchase experience. We would really like to share your experiences with the products we sell. You will therefore be able to receive an invitation to report the purchased approx. 14 days after your order has been processed.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
